Yes! I love this post so so soooo much! Regarding the "fry-dar", I feel like this goes for adults too. You taught me a valuable lesson: When people, whether it is kids or adults, are given two choices (ex. #1 Fries or #2 Apple), they are going to choose the tastier, less-healthy option. BUT, if you only provide them with the Apple, they are more than likely going to eat the healthy (and tasty...in my opinion) Apple! Thank you for this excellent post!

Yes, the less "willpower" we need to use, the better! This is the same reason why I keep vegetables front and center in my fridge and ask my husband to hide junk food from me :D
