Yes! Yes! Yes! Okay, I don't work for a startup BUT these tips are awesome! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Here are just a couple of the strategies that I started in December: 1.) I brought a big cannister of almonds and keep them in the closet in my office with a 1/4 cup measuring scoop. That is my mid-morning snack. 2.) I keep bananas, apples and mandarins in my office for my afternoon snack and I leave some in the in the break room to share.

YES!! Having almonds + fresh fruit on hand = life saving!! Love the 1/4c measuring scoop. Great addition :)
