Another great exercise to do in a company of ANY size is to ask the various employees to do this (when we know there has not been previous training on standardizing the answer) and it's often incredible to see to the variance in the responses. It helps to learn but it also helps to identify where the main focus is not shared or emphasized, or when something is getting lost.
