I have a little startup saying, "if we just get a little better every day in short order we will be good." It seems to work in environments where "everything is broken but some how seems to work."

On the food thing I hired a personal trainer a few years ago. He made me count calories via MyFitnessPal. I had never counted cals in my life. It took about less than two weeks to learn the processed foods I needed to cut out of my diet. It also made me do Sunday food prep for lunches during the week. End result is eating better food at a lower cost.

This is so relatable- listens to one podcast about an ideal morning routine and immediately have to do all 17 steps the next day 😅 As a fellow health nut and someone with limited time to make everything homemade, I’ve been using Sakara Life for about a year for lunches! All organic, vegan, whole foods delivered to your door in perfectly portioned meals (and the dressings are next level). The founders are two badass women too!
