I really like this idea! Probably because I love spreadsheets and not just for number crunching. Here are a couple of questions: Are you in the habit of opening this spreadsheet and reviewing it every day? Or do you have a set time and day set aside that you review it? I have a bunch of cool tools, but sometimes they get filed away and I forget about them. I want to have a really good system in place, along with reminders to help me stay on track!
Depends on the scope of the items on the list. Are they tasks or longer term priorities?
Task - a daily check-in (Zoom, via Slack or email, in person) with team members or accountabil-a-buddies to review is a great way to keep it top of mind.
For longer term projects, weekly or monthly might be the right cadence.
For myself, once I get my priorities clear, I set up my calendar with time blocks and my email with reminders so that I can follow this workflow:
