First of all, this is Gung Fu. You can't learn (Martial Arts, anything, really) without emptying your cup first - if you think 'you already know' there is no room for TRUE growth. Being aware you don't know is the path to learning and growing!!
Also, this post reminds me of David Cummings speaking about who his favorite people to invest in are. Not the people with the best idea (ideas don't matter THAT much) but the people with the most grit, and that is often the entrepreneurs that have failed first (thus becoming painfully obvious they 'suck' at this) and yet they have the passion to do it again. His literal words "Founders full of grit, resourcefulness, and a past full-time entrepreneurial failure are more likely to succeed. The team matters."
